Brewing tips:

Grind * your coffee beans only just before use to get the most flavour experience. The grind * size may vary depending on your specific brewing method, so it's essential to use the right grind * for optimal results.Ensure your brewing equipment is completely clean and dry prior to usage. Whether you use an espresso machine, a cafetière, Moka pot, filter machine, Aeropress or stove-top, any coffee residue left in the equipment will add a different flavour to this coffee blend.Use the right amount of coffee. How much coffee you use depends on your own preferences and your brewing method. As a general rule, 10 grams (equivalent to 2 tea spoons) of ground coffee for every cup (approx. 150ml) of water represents the accepted ratio.Use a warm cup. Freshly brewed coffee is the most enjoyable immediately in a warmed cup to maintain temperature. Warm milk serves a dual purpose in maintaining the temperature and flavour.

Packaging: Our coffee beans packed into a fully recyclable valve de-gassing packaging to preserve freshness and reduce waste. The coffee tastes even better knowing there's less wasted packaging with every cup!

Storage: Once opened, decant into an opaque airtight container and store in a cool, dry place. Tastes best within 4 weeks of opening.
