Note Leave your system turned off and connect your steering wheel to the console's USB port and the controller's USB microphone port. Switch on your system using the power button (controller off). Once the system is powered on, press the “Home” button on your steering wheel.
Can you also check that the cable that connects the steering wheel to the controller is working? Please use the cable that comes with the steering wheel or the official cable that comes with the PS4 or Xbox * One system.
This steering wheel is compatible with PS4/Xbox * Series X/S and Xbox * One. As you can see in the attached screenshot, it is mentioned in the 1st point that it is not compatible with PS5 and PC.
