50ml Sipsmith Sipspresso Gin
50ml double cream
10ml sugar syrup

Shake all ingredients with a handful of ice in a cocktail shaker for 30 seconds to combine and chill. Strain into a tumbler full of ice and garnish with a sprinkling of cocoa powder.
