On the nose it’s fresh and citrusy , with notes of pineapple , lavender and a hint of cinnamon shining through , opening up to reveal a subtle herbaceous core , with faint wafts of marzipan underpinned by a warming palate of muscovado sugar and gingerbread , finished with a whisper of white chocolate and a cool crack of black pepper.
