It’s citrusy on the nose , with notes of roasted coconut , chargrilled peppers , thyme and cinnamon , opening up to reveal a herbaceous bouquet of thyme , dill and cinnamon , rounded out with the warmth of vanilla , butterscotch and smoky oak.
