This fiber optic cleaver uses tungsten steel blade, while tungsten steel fiber cutting blades are usually made by low pressure sintering of ultrafine grain WC Co powder, which has the characteristics of high hardness, high strength, good wear resistance, and sharp cutting edge. The internal metallographic structure of this material has good density, effectively reducing the micro pores in the alloy, avoiding blade breakage during grinding, and improving the smoothness of the cutting section. This fiber optic cleaver has 24 cutting points, it can perform 48000 cuts.
Note: If fiber cutting deteriorates or the blade is severely worn, it is necessary to adjust the blade height or replace the blade or adjust the blade point in a timely manner. When adjusting the blade height, rotate the height adjustment screw to increase the blade height, and tighten all screws after adjustment. If the blade is severely worn, a new blade should be replaced.
