Why is the product not working properly in my car?

It is compatible with 2016 to 2020 models, but some vehicle systems may block CarPlay/Android Auto. For example: 1. Kia Rio, 2. Skoda Octavia 2015/2016, 3. Mercedes C230 2017, 4. Audi A7 2017, 5. Hyundai Kona 2018, 6. Volvo V60 2021.etc.

Why can't the product connect to my phone?

1.This carplay screen is compatible with iOS 8 and above phones, Android 11+ phones, and is not suitable for Huawei * and Xiaomi * phones. 2.You can check the steps for connecting to the phone in the A+ description, and you can also watch the video.

Why is my device experiencing lags and freezes?

During the use of the carplay screen, make sure that the phone's WiFi and Bluetooth are always connected to CarPlay and that the phone has a good data network signal.

If the Wifi and Bluetooth are unstable, the device will experience delays.

Why is the stickiness of the bracket not strong enough?

In order to get better adsorption effect, please install the carplay screen after 10 hours of using the adhesive mat,please refer to A+ description for detailed steps.

Why does my device keeps glitching on and off？

Please be sure to use the car charging cable included in our package and keep the power supply stable.
