A mash of corn , rye and malted barley is distilled in copper stills , then mellowed through three-metre stacks of sugar maple charcoal and aged in handcrafted oak barrels. A sweet and woody spirit , with a light mouth-feel and notes of chocolate , orange and cinnamon.
