Why my power bank provide fewer charges than expect?

Usually an external battery could supply 60%-70% power to other devices. Approximately 30-40% of the battery capacity is lost in circuit heat and voltage conversions. A fully charged INIU 20000mAh power bank can offer 12000-14000 mAh to your devices.

It depends on the power of the wall charger used:
