What if my printer does not recognize the ink cartridges?
1. Please remove the cartridges and turn off your printer. Wait about 30’s and turn on your printer
2. Reinstall the cartridges again and make sure all cartridges are individually well locked in
What if the paper has streaks or is not clear when printing?
1. Please make sure to remove the YELLOW seal tape or ORANGE protective clip
2. Please use your printer control panel or computer software to perform a print head cleaning cycle 2 times
3. Print out a test page to check if the problem still persists
What if the ink cartridges do not fit into my printer?
1.Please check to make sure that the seal tape or the orange protective cover is removed from the cartridges
2.You should use some force to push the cartridge in. And you should hear CLICK sound when cartridge is fully inserted
