1.How to solve the problem that the Xbox * prompts that it is incompatible with the controller?

This controller requires our new update software to be compatible with Xbox * consoles. Therefore, please download the update to update the controller. The software download needs to be connected to a computer and downloaded or updated on a Windows PC. The update software download link is: we.tl/t-5hcufk3CSh. (If you are only using it on PC, no need to upgrade!)

2.Is it difficult to upgrade the software of the controller?

It will only take you 2 minutes to complete the upgrade. There are detailed operation steps in the listing video. Please check it.

3.I upgraded the controller, but why does it still show incompatibility?.

And note: After the upgrade is completed, there may still be a pop-up window prompting you to authorize. Just close the popup and it will work normally.

2.4GHz adapter connection:

One key to wake up the console:

After the handle is successfully paired, short press the “Home” button on the handle for 1 second to wake up the host and replace the original handle perfectly.

For XBOX * wireless connection

Press the power button on the console, hold the ‘HOME' button on the controller for 1s to turn on the controller, the power indicator flashes slowly, press and hold it again for 1s to start pairing mode, the indicator flashes quickly, pairing is complete, the indicator is always on.

For wireless PC connection

The PC must have its own Bluetooth function. Turn on the console and then turn on the Bluetooth on the PC to search for and connect to the console.
