Honouring over 300 years of Caribbean rum crafting , El Dorado’s 12 Year Old Rum uses its original wooden heritage stills to masterfully coax out rich and diverse characters from within the spirit , resulting in rum that is uniquely smooth and complex.
Laid down in oak barrels for at least 12 years , this rum has been blended to perfection using a combination of the Enmore and Diamond Coffey Stills , and the Port Mourant Double Wooden Pot Still.
On those nose you’ll find the flavours of tropical fruit and warm spices , with hints of honey and an undertone of dark sugar , giving you a mellow and well-rounded profile with a delightful dry finish.
