The call button is only capable of answering/rejecting smartphone calls; If the wireless headset is connected to a PC, you need to answer/reject calls on the PC.

How do I use the headset's mute function during a call or online meeting?

The mute function only works during calls. During a call or online meeting, Simply press the mute button to mute the headset microphone. Press again to unmute.

Why does teams show the microphone cannot be detected after my headset is connected to computer?

When you use software to make a call, check the settings of the computer and software, make sure to select [BT-68 Dongle] as the default output and input device. Besides, you can exit the software and login in again.Because it may not sync at first.
