1. Do I need to replace the bulbs frequently?

This string lights bulbs are UKCA, CE, ROHS certified, the ERP test reports shows that the updated LED bulbs can last 25000hrs (ERP testing has only 15000 and 25000 standards). The bulb may be damaged during transportation, but we have replacement bulbs in the box * and for sale.

2. How can I do if one bulb broken or not working?

Just ask us for the replacement bulb in the fastest and most convenient way.

3. Is this string light waterproof?

The light string is a commercial-grade light string, has the latest IP65 waterproof rating, and uses thickened wires to protect internal lines from being affected.
