A sweet and refreshing spirit made by the adventurous crew at the Rum & Crab Shack in St. Ives since 2015 , with notes of saffron cake and vanilla ice cream , cinnamon , ginger , cloves , peeled orange and nutmeg.
If you’re vegan , don’t worry – the recipe doesn’t include any actual or figurative – crabs’ gills – dead man’s fingers.
