The Courvoisier VSOP Cognac is a skilfully crafted blend of several crus , with a perfect balance of Fins Bois , Grande and Petite Champagnes , at the peak of their aromatic potential.
You’ll be first greeted by the notes of coffee beans , mint leaves and red grapes , followed by the warming essence of buttered bread and brown sugar , with a touch of waxy apple peel , sweet pea and fresh pear.
It’s further enhanced with a bouquet of jasmine , toasted almonds , and a hint of vanilla. A bold yet delicate drink with a smoky finish.
Perfect serve: Try a traditional Courvoisier Sidecar. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice , add 50ml of Courvoisier VSOP Cognac , 20ml of Triple Sec , and 20ml of lemon juice. Shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass.
