Ultra Fast and Accurate Reading: This instant-read meat thermometer probe boasts a 4.6″ food-grade stainless steel probe with a precise sensor that provides a quick 2-3 second response time. It offers an accuracy of 1°C and a wide temperature range of -58℉ to 572℉ (-50℃ to 300℃), making it perfect for various uses such as meat, food, candy, milk, water, oil, baking, grilling, BBQ, and smoking.
Extra Wired Probe: The cooking thermometer includes an additional heat-resistant wired probe that is 6.5 inches long with a 40-inch probe wire length. Once connected, it transforms into an oven/smoker-safe meat thermometer, enabling you to measure the internal temperature of meat even with the oven door securely shut.
User-friendly Temperature Alarm Function: Use the “ALARM SET” button on the food thermometer probe digital to set your desired temperature. An alarm will sound when the measured temperature exceeds the set value. The alarm will continue for up to one minute unless any button is pressed to stop it. Additionally, it allows for recalibration using ice water to ensure consistent accuracy.
Easy to Read: Featuring a large LED display with backlight, the digital BBQ thermometer ensures clear visibility of readings. In low-light conditions, pressing the “Light” button enhances visibility. To maintain a stable temperature reading, simply press the “HOLD” button to lock the temperature and read it away from the heat source.
