The Classic Sambuca which acts as a base for this flavoured rendition is made with a host of intensely flavourful botanicals sourced from all over the world , including Chinese star anise , fennel , cinnamon , wormwood , iris , and bittersweet oranges.
This deeply herbal and fragrant palate is given a bright burst of fruitiness with the addition of sweet red cherry , bringing balanced notes of maraschino and nutty marzipan with perfect smoothness and great versatility.
