Why doesn't this power bank wirelessly charge my phone properly?

Why can't my charging power reach 7.5W/20W?

1. When charging wirelessly, please note that this power bank is only designed for the iPhone 12-16 Series

2. When charging wired, please ensure the cable and device support 20W or above

3. Please charge in a ventilated environment

How to avoid overheating?

1. Avoid using your smartphone while charging, especially when its battery is low or using power-intensive apps. Please closely monitor the temperature of your smartphone and power bank.

2. Please charge in a well-ventilated place.

Why can't charge the power bank?

For best results, please use a 5V/3A 9V/2.22A 12V/1.67A or above specification PD charger and a USB-C to C Cable to charge the power bank.

Why does my power bank provide less power than expected?

Since AC/DC conversion and circuit heating consume about 40% of the capacity, a fully charged 10000mAh power bank will provide about 6250mAh to your devices.

Also, avoid using power-intensive apps while charging.

·When the product enters the protection state like short circuit, over-discharge, it will show no output. It can be reactivated by short-pressing the switch button or connecting the external power adapter

·When the ambient temperature exceeds the normal operating range, the protection phenomenon may occur and the discharge will stop. Just move the product to a normal temperature environment and let it stand for a while, and click the button to restore.

·While charging or discharging, some heat may be generated due to energy loss during transmission which is normal. The product has a temperature control mechanism to avoid overheating and damage to the device.

·After fully charging your phone, please disconnect the power promptly. Otherwise, prolonged charging cycles may occur, causing both the device and the phone to continue overheating.
