First download and log in to the GloryFit app(not directly connected via Bluetooth), place your phone as close as possible to your watch, and use the app to find and connect your watch (do not turn off your phone's Bluetooth when connecting)

The watch cannot receive messages or the watch does not vibrate?

(2) Then check if the watch's Do Not Disturb mode is off, you can find it in the watch app
