A: You may scan the barcode on the back of the box */insert card, or alternatively visit the MedM Health site/app on the Google/Apple Play Store.

Q3: Do you have to pay for the app?

A: You do not have to pay for the basic plan, which includes the ability to share your BP results. There is a paid premium plan available if you wish * to upgrade the free basic plan for extra features, such as syncing with Google Fit/Apple Health and many others. Please note that the app is not provided by Trakr but by our partner, MedM Health.
