- The retailer’s ability or willingness to supply goods or services, or to pass good title of such goods or services.
Users of the Website should exercise the same level of caution when entering into transactions with retailers as they would when conducting business elsewhere.

Competitions
MSD occasionally hosts competitions on the Website and via social media platforms. Unless otherwise specified, the winner(s) will be contacted following the end of the competition using the email address associated with their MSD account, or via the social media platform used to host the competition. If a winner does not respond within 14 days, MSD reserves the right to select an alternative winner or cancel the competition.
By entering a competition, entrants consent to MSD using their personal details to arrange prize delivery and to announce them as the winner, should they win.
To participate in any competition, entrants must be UK residents.
MSD reserves the right to alter any aspect of a competition at its discretion, including but not limited to changes to the competition’s end date, prize, or entry methods, without prior notice.
Competitions hosted on social media platforms are in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Meta, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, or any other third party.

Misuse
MSD reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any member (including the removal of points and/or commission) if, in our reasonable judgment, the member has breached any provision of this Agreement.
Each member agrees to ensure that:
- They maintain only one account on the Website.
- The content they share is not defamatory, offensive, abusive, obscene, indecent, or menacing.
- The content is not intended to cause unnecessary annoyance, inconvenience, or distress to any person.
- The content does not contain any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or other harmful components designed to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of any computer or to unlawfully access or expropriate data, systems, or personal information.
- The content complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to consumer protection, distance selling, unfair competition, anti-discrimination, false advertising, copyright, trademark, and privacy laws.
- They do not share content relating to goods or services from companies they are affiliated with or have a vested interest in.

Sharing Content with Us
