A vibrant and rich sip combines notes of vanilla with bittersweet marmalade and a touch of malty sweetness.
Perfect Serve: Try a simple Monkey Old Fashioned.
Blend 60ml Monkey Shoulder , a teaspoon of demerara sugar , and 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters to a shaker full of ice. Stir for 30 seconds and strain over ice into an old fashioned glass.
Garnish with an expressed orange zest.
