Made in Clonmel , the Irish “Valley of Honey” , since 1935 , using a selection of 17 varieties of apples harvested every October , fermented with a unique yeast strain from the brewery’s original oak vats , meticulously filtered and aged in the dark for between one and two years.
The results are fresh , sweet and fruity , with a dry honey smell and a zesty , crisp aftertaste.
